Here you’ll find several tangible ways that you can start connecting to the body, grow as disciples of Jesus and begin reaching out to world around us. Whether it be through Men’s or Women’s ministries, Sunday morning discipleship classes or the Redwood Groves that are currently in development (stay tuned for updates!), we encourage you to jump in and join us on the adventure!

Welcome!
Welcome to Redwood Women, the new ministry to all women at Redwood Covenant Church. Our vision is to provide an environment for women to connect in meaningful relationship, grow in their spiritual lives, and us their giftings to reach out to the world beyond our walls.
It is our hope and prayer that we see a thriving community of women develop, mentoring relationships formed, women becoming empowered in ministry and grounded in God’s Word, and a passion for service blossom in our midst.
We seek to be a place where women of all ages from, college students to empty nesters, can find growth and connection.
Our Vision
Redwood Women seeks to connect and grow women as disciples of Christ who show God’s love to the world around them.
3 Directional Ministry:
IN. Through highly-relational monthly mid-sized group gatherings, we will develop community.
UP. Through weekly bible studies we will grow women in the Word.
OUT. Through targeted community service projects we will reach out to the world around us.

Fall Discipleship Pathways
This fall we are offering two classes in our new Discipleship Pathways series. The classes will take place during the second service in the Emmaus wing of the RCC building in rooms 27 and 28. Both classes will be divided into two six-week sessions. Regular attendance is recommended but drop-in attendance is welcome.
Session One: September 11th through October 16th.
Session Two: October 30th through December 4th.
A Study in Colossians (Session One)
Paul’s Letter to the Colossians is so relevant and so applicable to Christians in Sonoma County in 2011 that it is as though he wrote it specifically and directly to us. Join us for an in-depth, fast paced and interactive study designed to meet the needs of even the most seasoned Bible students. However; it is not just for seasoned students. It will meet the needs of most students and will inspire and encourage all.
This course will be taught by John Hopkins.
A Study in Philippians (Session Two)
Philippians is often known as The Joy Epistle. It is that, but it is not nearly as simple as that. That joy comes in the midst and context of imprisonment, surrender and loss. Join us for a study of how Paul found that joy that he wanted to share with a church he loved. This study will be in-depth, and highly interactive. It will be taught by John Hopkins.
First Step: Alpha (Sessions One and Two)
For the first step in our Discipleship Pathways we are offering the Alpha Course. There simply is no better course available for the formation of a solid foundation in Christ. Alpha is great for new Christians. It is also a refreshing experience for those believers who seek to reexamine their faith in the light of the gospel.
