RCC Recommendation: The Navigators, as you may know, have a wide variety of other small group and study resources as well. I would trust anything produced by them. A small group study I have used with two different sets of groups is their Design for Descipleship series. It would be a good one for groups formed after ALPHA. Design for Discipleship - Leader's Guide
Description: If you are leading a DFD study, this 80-page guide will assist you in such areas as who to include in the group, how to prepare for and lead discussion sessions, what questions to ask, how to help group members apply the lesson, and more.
