Redwood Kids:

Sunday mornings: 9:30 & 11:11 services - registration desk, newcomers desk, nursery care, 2nd-3rd grades, 4th- 5th grades. Contact Cherie 528-8463 ext 213, cherie@redwoodcovenant.org

Emmaus Student Ministry:

Road Crew! People who enjoy helping middle school and high school students and can help facilitate the going-ons during Wednesday night stuff...friendly, discerning, able to wander around the building making sure everyone is where they need to be, answering questions, helping students (and parents!) with anything they need...it’s as easy as that! Time Commitment: Wednesday nights 5:50 p.m. to 8:30 or 9:10 p.m.

Prayer Partners (4 Women, 4 Men, 3 Women or Men): we want to pair each small group up with someone (gender specific to the small group) who will commit to pray for each student and leader...you are behind the scenes taking students and leaders to Jesus. You would receive an email each week with the small group’s prayer requests. Time Commitment: however long you want to pray for your group throughout the week!

Female Sherpa for 8th Grade Girls Small Group: This will be a specific fit - a woman who enjoys this age group and will work well with the Sherpa already committed to this group. We have two sherpas for each Emmaus small group and would like to add a partner to this one! Mosaic:
Needs 2-3 more mentors for 18-24 year olds. Contact Mark Almlie 694-1117, mark@redwoodcovenant.org

Hospitality:
Friday night community: occasional or rotational Dinner prep help, kitchen clean-up oversight, room set-up for classes, greeting, childcare help. Contact Valerie 528-8463 ext 217, valerie@redwoodcovenant.org

Women’s Ministries:

Open Closet:
OC distributes food and clothing every second Saturday of the month. The Friday evening before meets at 6pm to sort clothing and bag groceries. The Saturday of OC starts at 8am with distribution at 9am. We need 75 consistant volunteers every month. No need to sign up, just show up!

Worship:

Videographer: we need a few people to join our Sunday morning video team for service and other event taping. Serve approximately once a month. Video tape the service, operate very cool equipment. If you have experience or a good sense of how to create a good looking video this might be for you. Age: High School and up. Experience: helpful, not necessary. Training provided. Drama Team: Experienced actors/actresses as well as directors and others needed for newly forming drama team for skit and play production at RCC and outside events. Age: Junior High and up. Informational meeting Monday, October 22, at 7 pm at RCC. Questions: Contact Andy at x212. Andy@redwoodcovenant.org

Media Ministry: We need additional help with Media prep and sales on Sunday mornings following the first and second services. Sell tapes and CD’s, answer media questions, duplicate CDs. Serve once or twice a month. Age: high school and up. No experience necessary. Contact Kathy Schoen at x 218, kathys@redwoodcovenant.org

Event Team: If you are interested in being a “behind-the-scenes” helper in an exciting ministry, we have plenty of opportunities for you at the many upcoming events including: Community Worship in November, Christmas Concert in December, and many exciting events planned in 2008. No experience necessary. Duties range from helping with meals, set up, clean up, sound system prep, facility prep, set-building, ushering, administrative help, etc. Contact Kathleen at x 223. kathleen@redwoodcovenant.org

Production Help: we are seeking trained or skilled individuals in the areas of set construction/stage managing/lighting design/lighting operators/house managing/etc. for a major production to be done in Summer 2008. Leadership team is now forming. Contact Andy at x212. Andy@redwoodcovenant.org
