Mike Nunan, Student Ministries Intern

My name is Mike Nunan but everyone calls me Nunan!!! I was born 10 pounds 5 ounces in Redwood City California and grew up in nearby San Carlos. I come from a christian home and I don't remember when I accepted Christ, but I do know there was a flannel board involved because that was the best part of sunday school back in the day. Anyways, I really started making my faith my own in Middle school and High School at Peninsula Covenant Church. I had some amazing leaders and youth pastors that cared about me despite how hyper and weird I was. Their patience with me had a hugh impact on my life and in a lot of ways is the reason I work with students now.

After I graduated from Carlmont High School in 2002, I went to Covenant Bible College in Canada and had the best year of my life. It was there I really started to become confident in who God made me and what he wanted for my life. After CBC I moved to Rohnert Park with a friend of mine from CBC that went to RCC. He took me to RCC and I've never left. I've been going to RCC for about four years now and I have been working on staff in Student Ministries for about a year and a half.  

Besides working at RCC I'm also working on getting my BA in history from Sonoma State. I love sports and I love God. Come find me some Sunday and we can talk about either!!! Have a great day and thanks for reading about me!
